We seek an experienced and ambitious Project Manager to join our energetic practice. You will play a pivotal role in leading complex land development and infrastructure projects, driving project success from conception through completion. This involves ensuring technical excellence, building deep, collaborative client partnerships, and mentoring emerging talent within our team. This key position requires a seasoned Professional Engineer (PE) with substantial client relationships, significant project management experience (10+ years preferred) and a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit. As we execute our ambitious growth plans across multiple states, a willingness to obtain licensure in additional states and engage in potential future travel is highly valued and presents significant potential for the right candidate.
- Spearhead the entire lifecycle of complex civil engineering projects (land development, site, infrastructure) in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
- Provide senior-level technical guidance, ensuring innovative and sound engineering solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison for key clients, becoming a trusted advisor and building lasting partnerships.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor multidisciplinary project teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Develop and manage project budgets, driving financial performance and ensuring profitability.
- Proactively identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Be prepared and willing to pursue PE licensure in additional states to support strategic growth initiatives.

- BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas (or ability to obtain via comity quickly).
- 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience preferred; significant relevant experience and demonstrated leadership in dynamic environments considered.
- Proven success managing complex land development/site/infrastructure projects from start to finish.
- Demonstrated willingness and capability to obtain PE licensure in multiple additional US states as opportunities arise with our growth.
- Openness and ability to undertake potential future out-of-state travel aligned with company expansion and project needs.
- Strong technical foundation in civil engineering design principles.
