Scott brings together technical expertise and business understanding, holding Professional Engineering licenses in multiple states and an MBA.
His industry involvement includes leadership roles in the Public Works Association and experience as an adjunct faculty member teaching land development. Throughout his career, he has found that successful projects emerge from strong client partnerships, supported by experienced people and innovative technology.
